Putting someone on the earned list is not for people who
are rude or annoying, but rather for those who rape,
ravage, and despoil. We want names, but we also want your
documented evidence and contact information to add to each
candidates file. Listings are moderated and there can be
some delay between your entry and it being added to the
Earned Dead Pool List.
As with the Annual list, entries are FREE, but can be paid
for as laid out on the Annual page.
